This photo is a great example of our weighted water extractor at work. In an attempt to save this large area of carpeting, we pulled out the pad underneath the carpet and extracted as much water as we can in an effort to dry it. This extractor is very thorough in getting water from a soaked carpet. After extraction, we float the carpet and dry it from underneath.

By using a moisture meter, Our Water Certified Technicians are able to check areas that may not appear to even be wet, For example, maybe the insulation behind the wall is wet but the drywall or paneling looks dry and even feels dry when you run your hand over it.

This is a great picture of our SERVPRO water extractor equipment in our van.This equipment is used when your home or business floods to extract water from a carpet that has been damaged. If the carpet needs to be removed and it is wet, we also use this to extract the water so that the carpet is lighter for our crews to carry it out of the home or business.

During a recent storm, this tree was uprooted from the ground and fell onto this home. Luckily no one was home during the time when it fell so there were no injuries, just the severe damage to the house.

This homeowner came home to find their kitchen ceiling laying on the floor and water running everywhere.  The toilet in the bathroom right above the kitchen had sprung a leak and ran continuously while they were gone.  We were onsite immediately after the homeowner called us to help them cleanup and prevent any further damage.
